Judy Ann Scott, 66, of Pittsburg, Kansas, died at 2:14 a.m. Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the Arma Health and Rehabilitation Center at Arma, Kansas.

Mrs. Scott was born December 7, 1959, at Kansas City, Kansas, the daughter of Clarence Arthur and Mateel Alice Wood Loyd. Judy was a retired Administrative Assistant at Pittsburg State University in communications department. She married Jerry Portwood they later divorced. She later married Raymond Randolph Scott. He preceded her in death. She was raised in Kansas City, Kansas, and Girard, Kansas. She graduated from the Girard High School in the Class of 1977. She later attended Pittsburg State University and received a degree in communications and graduated in the top of her class. She was member of the Harvest Ministries Church. Survivors include two daughters Rhiannon (Antony) Williams of Salem, Oregon, and McKinsey (Justin) McAtee of Girard, sons, Jayson Scott of Pittsburg and Maxwell Scott of Pittsburg, a sister, Kimberly (Jeff) Rose of Arma, three brothers, Pat (Marilyn) Loyd, Bill Loyd of Pittsburg, and Jeff (Lisa) Loyd of Girard, six grandchildren, godson, Marcus Estrada, and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Scott has been cremated. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the Bedene Funeral Home at Arma, Kansas, with Pastor Jeff Rose officiating. Burial of the cremains will be at the Englevale Cemetery following the services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Bedene Funeral Home, 517 E. Washington, Box 621, Arma, Kansas 66712.
